Rita

A native Arkansan she attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Ms. Shelbie Mathis
Shelbie brings over twelve years of professional management experience to Advanced Recruiting Technologies. She specializes in outplacement and brings an enormous amount of knowledge and skill in the recruitment of manufacturing professionals. Originally from California, Shelbie has spent her professional life in Arkansas, Texas and now calls Oklahoma home. She and her husband Alan have three children as a combined family and they enjoy soccer, traveling and riding motorcycles. She is active in her community but especially involved with Animal Awareness and Breast Cancer. Her experience, knowledge and enthusiasm are welcomed and appreciated.
Thomas E. Moore
Tom is managing partner of the South Central Consulting group. SCCG is a multi disciplined firm dealing in consulting activities that range from Contingency and retained search, outplacement, executive coaching, 360 assessments and Predictive Index assessments, culture change, succession planning, Organizational Development and general management consulting in Human Resources . He received his BA degree in Business Administration from The University of Iowa and his MA in Organizational Development from Loyola University, New Orleans. He has extensive experience as a HR generalist and a concentration in labor relations, employee relations, negotiations, arbitrations, union prevention and organizational development and coaching. He has over 30 years in Human Resources, and has worked for best practices HR organizations, (3m, Frito lay, Bosch, Cabot Corporation and as a HR Consultant for Bradley Associates, New York and Atlanta.).
Mr. Moore is a member of SHRM, Central Arkansas HR Association, serves as President of the Central Arkansas Manufacturing Personnel Association and on the Board of Directors of the South Central Consulting Group. He was nominated to Who’s Who in Human Resources in the Southeastern United States. He is certified in Mediation and Dispute Resolution and is a Certified Management Consultant.
