Taking the Job Order- Understanding Your Culture

We begin by reviewing your detailed job requirements, assist in job description preparation, evaluate salary parameters and the issues surrounding the vacancy and develop a clear understanding of your culture. This will include detailed information of your organization and particular strengths needed to achieve success.

Finding the Best Candidate

We then draw on our recruiting knowledge and on initial market research activities to determine where the best candidates can be found. Direct recruiting approaches will be used to identify potential candidates. We will also be networking with and sourcing from professionals in the field.

Candidate Review

All of your requirements are applied to our review of candidates: Professional skills, personality, educational background and career considerations. Only after we are convinced of a high degree of compatibility do we present a candidate for your consideration. All candidates are personally interviewed by Advanced Recruiters or one of our affiliates prior to submission to you for review.

The Interview

We will take care of the details of getting your candidate to you once you have given us the time and location of the interview. Any travel fees are expected to be picked up by the company.

Hiring the Candidate

As you reach the final selection, we verify the candidate’s credentials and track record even more carefully to include a complete background investigation, which includes detailed references from past employers, educational verification, and credit check, if requested.
